1- All BSG Tires & Batteries sold by Autobox fall under the BSG warranty guidelines at their premises. For more information, please click the below link:

2- All other products sold by Autobox fall under the local distributor’s warranty guidelines.

3- All Services provided by Autobox are covered under a 48-hour warranty from the invoice date except wheel alignment services that are covered under a 7-day warranty from the invoice date.

Returns

1- All depreciating products and services sold by Autobox will not be available for return once fitted.

2- All unfitted products sold by Autobox can be returned within 24 hours from the invoice date provided that the products are returned in their original condition and/or packaging.

3- All returned products must have the original physical invoice presented with all details matching.
